(2nd Earl) Henry De PERCY (K.G.)( Warden Marches of Scotland) . He was
buried in Abbey Church, St Albans, Kent, England. son and heir of Sir
Henry (Hotspur)
Percy (1364-1403). He was restored to his grandfather's dignities and
estates (1416) by Henry V, upon whose death he became a member of the
council of regency (1422) for Henry VI. He was killed fighting Richard,
Duke of
York, at the first battle of St. Alban
